As book bloggers, one of the many joys we have are seeing a package in the mail.
There are all sorts of ways to add to our personal libraries. Some buy, win giveaways and contests, participate in RAK, or receive them for review.
There have been several instances where I'm left waiting for books that never show up. What do you do if this situation occurs? I usually feel bad, especially if I need to contact a publisher to remind them to send it. Obviously, publishing companies are busy. They don't have time to worry about whether they sent your book or not. There have also been times where I've won giveaways from blogs and never received them. I understand if you're waiting on cash, believe me, but why hold a giveaway when you know you're not going to send the winner the book for months or, *gasp!* ever?
