Call me picky but when I got Possessions by Nancy Holder in the mail today, I thought "aw man". Covers are important to everyone to a certain extent, but I'm not going to get into that right now. In my mailbox sat the second copy of this book. Is this stupid or would you be a little disappointed too? I just think the first cover is beautiful and it makes the book look a little ominous...and the second cover just looks cheesy.
Oh well. We'll see how I end up liking the inside when get around to reading it.
*edit: I opened the book and read the first page and I actually really like the way Nancy Holder writes so far. I haven't read any of her other books, so this should be interesting.*
